2. EXCESS MEAT


By eating too much of meat will leads to damage of the kidney, because, meat contains excess proteins in diet, so, the more meat you eat will result to the damage of your kidneys.


3. DELAYING BEFORE GOING TOILET


It has becomes to many people's habit by delaying going to toilet while others set of people will keep urine in bladder.This can definitely results in kidneys infections.


4. EXCESS DRINKING OF CAFFEINE.


Caffeine contains soda and soft drinks. It increases blood pressure while the kidneys begin suffering. It is advisable to less the amount of coke you drink.


5. LACK OF DRINKING ENOUGH WATER.


We all know the importance of drinking water which allows kidney to functions well.
Lack of drinking enough water will allow toxic to circulating in the blood. The minimum or amount of water to drink daily should more than 10 glasses cup of water.
If you want to know, if you are drinking enough water, look at the colour of your urin, if your urine color is lighter or white, then it better.


6. CARELESSNESS TREATMENT


Don't careless about your health, remember that your health is your wealth, make sure you treat yourself immediately you discover any symptoms. Late treatment will damage many things in your system, most especially kidneys.
